Our aim is to carry out your assignments as best we possibly can. That is why we designed our own quality system to monitor your translation in four phases. This quality system actually complies with the ISO 17100:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards. When we receive your assignment, in phase 1, we assess it on the basis of language, specialist field and degree of difficulty. After that we look for the suitable translator(s) with the correct skills, specialisation, expertise, reliability, education and experience. The assignment is then discussed with the translator(s) in question. If necessary this is followed by consultation with the client.<\/span><\/p>\n In phase 2 the first, rough translation is assessed on the basis of quality, understanding, use of language, terminology, style and layout. The text is also checked by a second translator.
